I studied Buteyko with renowned breathing expert Patrick McKeown. Since qualifying as a practitioner I have collaborated with some of the leading myofunctional therapists in the UK, seeing clients online or in person.
Many of us breathe badly without realising it. We sigh or yawn excessively to “get enough air”, we hyperventilate when stressed, or in jobs where we need to talk a lot.
I can help you restore your functional breathing patterns and raise your energy levels by improving oxygen delivery to your body and brain using the Buteyko breathing technique.
Your stuffy nose will open, your wheezing will stop, your constricted airways will relax, and you will sleep better.

Naomi has been great as a teacher of the Buteyko approach – both the exercises themselves and why they’re so beneficial. And, importantly for me, she’s tailored the sessions according to my own needs and rate of progress. Her approach is based on holistic awareness of your wellbeing, whilst keeping effective breathing as the focus, so that at any point in time (outside of a session) you can immediately turn your mind to what’s been learned, and feel the benefits.
