The process

Book an appointment or get in touch with me. Ask me anything you want! I will answer any queries and send you an intake form. Then we just need to confirm an appointment online or in your own home.

The beauty of breathing is that you don't need very much to do it! We need a connection – in person or online – and a place to sit comfortably and upright. An option to lie on the floor and a small space to walk is also useful. 


Usually 5 - 10 sessions is enough to fully retrain your breathing, but it can vary enormously. Some people also like to have more, or a refresher session once in a while. 


This depends on you. If you are having daily panic attacks then a 5-day intensive (once daily course) might be best for you. Other clients prefer weekly or fortnightly. The majority opt for weekly sessions. 


The majority of my adult clients I see online, but I can travel to Surrey, Kent and London if needed. I like to work with children in person if at all possible, though an alternative is to teach the method to a parent or caregiver who then passes it on to their child. 


I am a certified instructor of the Buteyko Breathing Method, I studied with Patrick McKeown, the world's leading authority on the Buteyko Breathing Method and I am listed as a practitioner on his website buteykoclinic.com.


Before studying Buteyko I trained to postgraduate level and worked as a professional musician.
